A healthy, quick meal to break-the-fast this summer!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
  • Honey, (amount for taste preference to use as sweetener for yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/3 Cup Granola/muesli mix (homemade or from the store)

Method
  1. Add the honey to the yogurt and mix.
  2. Start layering your glass.
  3. Layer 1/2 to 2/3 of the yoghurt, then the muesli or granola and then the blueberries.
  4. Do this again with the remaining yoghurt, muesli and blueberries.
  5. Ready to eat.
