We offer free standard shipping in AUS & NZ for all orders over $89
For other international countries we offer standard shipping for a $30 flat fee.
SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA
We offer FREE Standard shipping in Australia & NZ on orders over $89 - You can upgrade to Express Shipping for an extra $5. Smaller value orders have the option of $10 standard shipping or $15 Express shipping. Your order will be dispatched from Sydney Metro within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, along with tracking information so you can track your parcel.
All orders sent via Express Post may take up to 1-3 days for delivery depending on your location in Australia.
Standard shipping is approx 3-7 days for delivery depending on your location within Australia.
Australia Post will deliver straight to your door. If the delivery driver deems it safe they will try to leave your package at the delivery address in a safe spot. Please let us know in the order comments if there are any special delivery instructions to assist the driver in delivering your package safely eg. please leave at front door behind pot plant. However if un-deliverable, a calling card will be placed in your letter box or at your front door to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office. If possible, have your order delivered to a work address or somewhere that someone will be available to accept.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
New Zealand – Free Standard Shipping when you spend over NZ$89. Smaller value orders are charged at a $15 flat fee. Delivery time frame is approx 7-14 business days from dispatch. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with tracking information. Option for EXPRESS at checkout if required.
Other international countries – Standard shipping orders are charged at a $30 flat fee. Delivery time frame is approx 7-14 business days from dispatch, however some destinations may take longer. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Please keep in mind that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. Any extra charges will be the responsibility of the customer. RunFaster does not take responsibility for any delays or additional charges out of our control. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties
Please note: Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as un-deliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you.
We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible, however once your parcel leaves us, we have limited control over the delivery speed and progress in the network. Due to the high volume of deliveries, there may be occasional unforeseen delays with our delivery providers leading up to the holidays. If you are in a regional or rural area, please ensure you factor in additional time for your order to reach you.
